About Warranty

Our sincere apology if there is any quality-related problem occurs!

Every Soulyi product covers a 2-year warranty, starting from the date of purchase.

We will either refund or resend if an item is verified as of quality-related problem.

 

Process:

  • Please provide image or video of item default to service@routesun.com or directly fullfill the form below
  • SOULYI staff would document as soon as possible what happens when you troubleshoot the product
  • Refund or resend would be offered if default is verified

 

Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Items that have expired their warranty period
  • Non quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
  • Free products
  • Repairs through 3rd parties
  • Damage from outside sources
  • Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
  • Purchases from illegitimate resource
