About Warranty
Our sincere apology if there is any quality-related problem occurs!
Every Soulyi product covers a 2-year warranty, starting from the date of purchase.
We will either refund or resend if an item is verified as of quality-related problem.
Process:
- Please provide image or video of item default to service@routesun.com or directly fullfill the form below
- SOULYI staff would document as soon as possible what happens when you troubleshoot the product
- Refund or resend would be offered if default is verified
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase
- Lost or stolen products
- Items that have expired their warranty period
- Non quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
- Free products
- Repairs through 3rd parties
- Damage from outside sources
- Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
- Purchases from illegitimate resource
